Introduction
Outbound SMTP graphs with a 30-day history are accessible in the DuoCircle portal. These reports provide insights into your email usage, including today’s consumption, total credits used in the past 30 days, and daily averages.
Prerequisites
- Access to the DuoCircle Admin Portal.
- Valid DuoCircle account credentials.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to the Admin Portal: Visit the DuoCircle Admin Portal.
- Navigate to My Services: Once logged in, click on My Services from the main dashboard.
- Select Your SMTP Service: Locate your SMTP service in the list and click on it.
- View Credit Usage History: Click the View Credit Usage History option to open the credit usage reports.
The service details page will display:
- Your current SMTP username.
- The number of credits remaining on your account.
Data Overview
The usage report provides data in three categories:
- Today’s Consumption: Reset daily at 0:00 GMT, this shows the credits consumed today.
- Total Credits Used (30 Days): Displays the total number of credits consumed over the last 30 days.
- Daily Average: The total credits used divided by 30, providing a daily average usage rate.
Note: SMTP credits reset every day at 0:00 GMT.
